Field Service Reports 2016-17
The Field Service Report is split into three areas. Each may be opened and reviewed at any time. The data will change in real time as information is processed online and in the office. Please note: Payment transactions done online will show in the report more quickly, if you sent a payment by mail - it may still be pending receipt/data entry. Also, transactions via online check have to clear bank processing to be reflected in the report and this can take 7-10 business days.
Field Service Listing 2016-17 - This report is a listing of all currently active Units and Councils with updates on information received by the office. Note: The report on screen is difficult to view. Choose "Export this report in CSV format" and use Excel (or a free alternative like "Open Office") to more easily scroll through the information.
Field Service Individual Membership Totals 2016-17 - This report shows a graph of all currently active Units and Councils with totals of individual memberships processed to date. Tip: Below the graph, if you click on "Member/Non-Member - Constituent ID" the list will re-sort by Unit/Council ID number.
Field Service Business Membership Totals 2016-17 - This report shows a graph of all currently active Units and Councils with totals of business memberships processed to date. Look to the listing below the graph. See tip above.
