                     Unit/Council Dues Officer Update Form

The Michigan PTA State Office is now using MemberHub exclusively to receive all OFFICER UPDATES and GOOD STANDING DOCUMENTS.  The previous method via the Michgan PTA website pages are now closed. These documents are due by December 1st of every year.

To submit via MemberHub an officer will need to log-in to MemberHub and go to their organization. Each Unit/Council Officers have been loaded and should have received an email to log-into MemberHub. If you are a new officer or have not received an email please go to http://support.memberhub.com/hc/en-us/requests/new which will allow you to contact MemberHub directly and receive assistance.

If you are not able to log-in then please print the Officer Update form and mail to the office.

       Please mail in your Unit/Council Dues and officer Update form for 2017-18

 

            Michigan PTA will be adding these officers into Memberhub for you
