WE NEED YOU TO BE A PTA COACH!
As a PTA Coach, you will offer one-on-one support to other PTA leaders as they share the challenges they face in their community.
In 15-minute conversations, you will listen and offer suggestions for ways to approach unique circumstances.
Think of all the individuals who have supported you on the way to becoming the PTA leader you are today. Whether the support came from a Field Service Representative, attending a convention workshop or advice from a previous board member, the experience and skills others have shared with YOU could be passed on to others!
From membership decline to advocacy strategies to board leadership - whatever it is, bring your experiences to convention and commit one hour or more to giving advice and resources to others.
