Monthly Membership Remittance Page!

Effective September 1, 2018 all monthly membership remittance is done via MemberHub.  This is both for individual members or businesses that paid your Unit/Council directly; their information will be data entered into MemberHub and you will be prompted to pay the state via the MemberHub State Payments screen. Note: If the individual member paid their dues to your unit via MemberHub you do not need to data enter the information it will already be in MemberHub.

  • How to pay your state dues in MemberHub

    Along with the launch of the MemberHub store, PTA unit leaders can now pay their state dues directly to the state PTA via e-Check/ACH in MemberHub.

    Follow these steps to pay your state dues:

    1. From your Admin Console, click on the PTA tab, then State Payments from the menu on the right. 

    2. From there, you will see how much is owed to the state and for how many members. To see which members are owed for, click on Show/Hide Members. All members with state dues outstanding will be listed at the bottom of the page. 

    3. An officer who is on your bank account, often the current PTA treasurer or president can remit the state dues by clicking Send Payments Via e-Check. The fee for this option is a flat $1, and it sends an eCheck directly to your state PTA. There is also an option to do a physical check and mail it to the state office.

    4. Once the eCheck is sent or form submitted that you are mailing the check,  you can see a breakdown of all payments made by clicking on the State Payments History button.
